New Service
All new and returning residents and businesses are required to complete the following forms for new service. Please note that a new account cannot be opened if there is an unpaid balance from a previous address in Lacy Lakeview. Also, all new deposits set up and paid after 1 pm will not be able to be eligible for connection until the next business day:
Transfer Service
Residents moving to another address within Lacy Lakeview are required to complete a transfer form. There is a $10 fee that will be assessed to the account.
Discontinue Service
All residents that would like to discontinue service and close their accounts are required to complete a disconnection form. The account cannot be closed until the form is submitted to the water department.
