New Payment Options

The City of Lacy Lakeview is pleased to announce it has added more convenient, secure, and quick ways for our residents to submit water payments. Residents will now have the ability to pay their water bills using an automated phone system service and a Text to Pay feature. In addition to the City's website, residents will be able to access these services around the clock and pay their water bills using a debit or credit card. (Standard fees will apply)

• Residents will need to know their account numbers to utilize these services. 
• Once residents have confirmed their payment amounts, the automated system will give residents the option to sign up for Text to Pay
