Lacy Lakeview Civic Center
The Lacy Lakeview Civic Center is available for rental. It is located at
505 East Craven.
ALL
Day rental:
- $300
Refundable Deposit for residents
- $450.00
Refundable Deposit for non residents
- The
deposit is to ensure the building is cleaned up after the event
Hourly:
- $20.00
per hour with a minimum of 5 hours (100.00) for residents
- $30.00
per hour with a minimum of 5 hours (150.00) for non residents
Dimensions and equipment:
Main room: 44' by 48' or 2112 square feet
Kitchen: 15' by 15' or 150 square feet
There are 100 chairs, (15) 8' tables, (2) 6' tables , (1) 4' table.
All are white plastic tops
You can rent the building with or without the kitchen (which has
stove, icebox, microwave, ice machine).
The entire building interior was updated in the spring of 2003. The
kitchen has the latest and most modern appliances, sink, cabinet tops
ADA compliant bathroom facilities
The room is equipped with digital televisions and sound system.
